25% rate increase on the total invoice.
All bookings outside of a 2 mile radius from Wimbledon are subject to a travel fee of £5 per day for SW post codes and £8 per day for N, NW, W, WC, EC, SE, and E postcodes. These will be waived for bookings over £250 per invoice.
There'll be a 25% increase on days within bookings that fall during bank holidays, Easter weekend and Christmas/New Year (23rd Dec - 2nd Jan).
Last minute trouble and need to cancel your booking? No problem! Just make sure to let me know with more than 24h notice to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of total service.
A £5 key collection fee will be added to the total invoice for Drop In and Live In bookings.
The duration of any booking is flexible and can be negotiated. All services except Dog Walking include small domestic tasks like garden watering or taking in mail and deliveries. All services include daily updates, lots of treats and huge amounts of love and attention!
