I offer a complementary meet and greet for every first-time client. 

This way, we can get to know each other and decide if I'd be the right fit for what you're looking for, without any commitments.

Yes! I will always try to accommodate for last minute bookings but I might not always be able to do so. 

So if you can, book as far in advance as possible to guarantee your pet the best care!

Absolutely! Only thing better than the clients who keep coming back, are the one who never leave! 

Book an ongoing or regular service and I might even slip a little discount in there ;)

You can contact me at any point before the start date if you need to reschedule your booking but the more notice the better! 

If you let me know less than 24h before the start date, I may not be able to accommodate your request and you may loose your booking :(

Not only am I fully insured, I'm also certified in Pet First Aid and CPR so you can rest assured your furry best friend will be in great hands! 

Plus, I keep every pet's vet details and emergency contacts at hand at all times so if anything happens, I'll always know who to contact!

For short or one-off bookings, I'll send out the invoice at the beginning of each booking and you can pay any time up until the last day of your booking.

If your pet needs a PA for an indefinite amount of time to coordinate day care every Monday, you'd pay on a monthly bases, once you receive your invoice for the month.

If they just need a PA for an indefinite amount of time to walk them every now and then, I'll send the invoice on the day each time and you'd pay then.
